The Terms of Service is legally binding and applies whenever customers use a Eotera Entertainment LLC service online. If customers don’t agree with the Terms, they shouldn’t use the website.

Rules of Conduct

  • No stealing website content and violating copyright laws in any way
  • No spamming Eetera employees or other users
  • Do Not use our sites for illegal activities
  • We maintain the right to terminate abusive accounts

Payment and Shipping

  • Payment term: The legal payment term for invoices is 30 days.
  • Guarantee: Eotera Ent will not infringe upon the legal guarantees that customers have. Your personal information will be used in the appropriate manor for shippng purchased item(s). See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Purchased item(s) will only be printed and shipped after payment has been fully processed. If  you  questions about your payment processing times please see your bank for details.
  • Pre Orders may take up to 3 month before shipping to the customer. This is depended on an item’s publication date.
  • Book printing for paperback at our USA facilities takes a total of 5 days and hard cover take up to 15.
  • Shipping may be delayed an average of 2 months depending on your location and the current world postal status.

Returns and refunds

  • Because of the drop shipping nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
  • If your order is canceled prior to the purchased item(s) being printed for distribution, you will receive a full refund.
  • If your order is canceled after the purchased item(s) are printed for distribution, we must apologize for the inconvenience, no refund will be given, because there is currently no way for us to reroute printed Item(s) and you will still receive your item(s) as ordered.
  • If you receive your item(s) severely damaged, please contact us immediately. You will be compensated appropriately. Compensation may very based on your situation.

Intellectual Property

  • Eotera Ent is not transferring ownership of any content. Content seen on Eotera online portals and any subsequent prints still remains the property of Bitsy Tandem and Eotera Entertainment LLC.
  • We will enforce our Copyright, IP, Patents, and Trademark rights to the fullest existent of the law should anyone breach them, be it in the USA or International.
  • Content Created by 3rd parties maintain agreed upon IP rights as disclosed in the individual contracts with Eotera Ent.
  • Content on Eotera platforms created by users themselves for the purpose of interacting with our Intellectual Property, such as Fan Art, Fan Fiction, and Eotera Personas, ext. May be subject to collaborative ownership by Eotera Ent and the creator. The Company will try and notify you if we deem your Eotera creations need to be under a shared use contract.
  • Any and all Cameos of users published in manga, comics, books, games, webcomic, movies, or other may not be claimed by the user for IP compensation. You released you likeness to us of your own free will, please do not contact us on this topic unless you have concerns about your personal privacy. Cameo holders are seen as our distinguished fans and Eotera Ent will always keep you privacy a priority.
  • If users can download Eotera content, they can only use it for its intended purpose.
  • If 3rd party media is uploaded to Eotera platforms by a user or employee for any reason, it will remain the property of the 3rd party owner. Please do not try to claim ownership of others intellectual property. Abusing IP in any way may result in the termination of your account.
