As you know, health is a big concern here at TheBitzr Publishings. We want you to feel good in out merch, not just look good! Well, believe it or not, just getting up and moving just a little bit will help. “Start with five minutes a day of walking or any activity you enjoy. Soon, five minutes of activity will become 10, and 10 will become 15.” -Dr. Miller. For example, I love to dance, so around either noon or dinnertime every day I close the blinds to my apartment windows, turn on some of my favorite songs and dance like no one is watching!!! Lately, I have even got some kettlebell weights and started trying to build up strength as well! But it really doesn’t take much, honestly, the hardest part is forcing myself to get up and do it. But I can attest to you that the rewards you reap after just a few short weeks are worth it! My mind is clearer and my body is ready to take on the challenges of following my dreams!!!
So ask your self now, Is 10 minutes a day worth your health?
My answer is YES!
